The flip side is slightly different. Very much look-alike but with a minor difference. You can see more photos (also the other side of stone) on Etsy:

There's a hole drilled all through the stone from top to bottom so it's not only the outside wire wrapping that holds the stone in place.

I had made a necklace with that stone earlier but it looked somewhat naked

So had to dress it a little bit
